This is for the couples that have very busy schedules and need help bringing together their vision from start to finish... Here are just some of the services we provide in this package:
Prior to the wedding we will:
*Have the initial consultation to discuss the overall wedding
*Provide vendor referrals as needed
*Provide unlimited phone and email support during the entire wedding planning process.
*Create wedding day itinerary and coordinate all vendors in advance
*Coordinate the rehearsal
At the wedding we will:
*Arrive early to ensure all décor and catering is ready
*Ensure videographers and photographers are ready with shots lists
*Ensure sure all bouquets, boutonnieres and flowers are distributed.
*Que the bridal party processional and recessional
*Transport ceremony items to the reception site
At the reception we will:
*Ensure all décor and catering are ready for guest arrival
*Ensure the DJ and/or musicians are set up in the designated place and have the music requested by the bride and groom.
*Work with the DJ and/or musicians to coordinate entrances, toasts, first dances, cake cutting, and the garter toss and bouquet throw.
* Deliver any remaining balances to vendors(paid for by you

For the couples that want to be more involved in planning their wedding we offer day
of services. After you have selected the venue and all of the vendors we will walk
you through all of the details a month before the wedding and make sure you haven’t
forgotten about anything.

Here is a list of just some of the services we provide for day of coordination:

Prior to the wedding we will:
*Be available for unlimited phone and email support during the month prior to the wedding
*Have an in depth meeting with you 2-3 weeks before your wedding to discuss all the details
*Confirm details with all vendors 1 week and the day before your wedding and create a wedding day itinerary for them
*Visit the wedding/reception site with you
*Coordinate the rehearsal
At the wedding we will:
*Arrive early to ensure all decor and catering is ready
*Ensure all vendors are present and ready
*Que wedding party in the processional and recessional
*Transport ceremony items to the reception (guest book, unity candle, etc)
At the Reception we will:
*Ensure all decor and catering are ready for guest arrival
*Work with DJ to coordinate entrances,toasts,first dances, cake cutting, etc.
*Deliver any remaining balances to vendors(paid for by you)

We also provide extra services which include:
*Coordinating wedding weekend activities
*Addressing and mailing invitations
*Coordinating wedding parties(engagement party, bridal showers, bridesmaid luncheon, rehearsal dinner etc)
*Creating gift baskets for the out-of-town guest
